This document presents the Shipping Policy which establishes the terms between Ecom Depot Wholesale LLC . (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the buyer concerning the acquisition of goods and materials as detailed in the invoice provided (hereafter referred to as the "Invoice").

Order Pickup and Delivery

Seller will ship the product directly to Amazon FBA Center or to any given address mentioned by the buyers. Unless stated otherwise, buyers are obliged to retrieve their orders from the Seller's main business location within fourteen (14) days upon being informed that their orders are ready for shipment. The obligation to transport the goods rests entirely with the buyer. If the goods are not picked up within thirty (30) days from the notification.

Prior Sale

All goods are offered subject to being sold beforehand. The merchandise might be in the Seller's stock, on the way, or not yet acquired by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to declare items out of stock and will allocate a reasonable timeframe for processing and delivery.

FBA Packaging and Third-Party Fulfillment

Packaging for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) purposes supplied by the Seller is intended for the convenience of the buyer. The Seller disclaims any liability for damages or complications that occur during the transport to Amazon or any other third-party fulfillment service.

Purchase Agreement

BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, THE BUYER CONFIRMS UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT TO THE SHIPPING POLICY AS OUTLINED BY ECPM DEPOT.
