    Please kindly send us the 30-up labels 1" x 2 5/8" on the US Letter. Instructions for printing FNSKU labels. 1. Seller Central>Inventory 2. Manage all inventory. 3. Choose the product>Click on the right three dots. 4. Select the 30-up labels 1" x 2 5/8" on US Letter. 5. Put the number of labels. 6. Choose to print size > 30-up labels 1" x 2 5/8" on US Letter. 7. Print and upload the labels to your order page on the website.
  • Do you offer direct shipping to FBA or WFS warehouses?
    Ecom Depot offers direct shipping services to Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or Walmart WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) warehouses. Here's how it works: Create Prepaid Shipping Labels: As a seller, you must create prepaid shipping labels through your Amazon or Walmart Seller Account for the products you want to ship to the FBA or WFS warehouses. FNSKU and shipping labels: Once you have created the shipping plan in Seller Central, please send us the prepaid shipping and FNSKU labels. We Handle the Rest: Once we receive the prepaid shipping labels, we will take care of the shipping process. We will prepare your products for shipment, attach the labels, and ensure they are delivered to the designated FBA or WFS warehouse. Tracking and Confirmation: Once the products are shipped from the Ecom Depot warehouse, you will receive the confirmation and can track them in Seller Central. By utilizing our direct shipping services, you can streamline the process of sending your products to Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS warehouses, allowing you to focus on growing your business. Note: Once the product is shipped from the Ecom Depot warehouse, we won't be able to change anything, and we don't have control over the shipping company.
  • What happens if a shipment has missing items, defective units or is shipped with the wrong item?
    Missing Items: If items are missing from your shipment, please follow these steps: Submit Invoice to Amazon: Submit our invoice to Amazon to include the missing items in your shipment. Open a Case with Amazon: If the missing items are not resolved through invoice submission, open a case with Amazon's seller support for further assistance. Defective or wrong Items: To avoid receiving defective or wrong items, we strongly recommend conducting comprehensive research before making any purchase. This includes reviewing product details, specifications, and customer reviews.
  • How long does it take to be shipped?
    The usual processing time for orders at Ecom Depot is 48 hours after you make your payment and receive the paid invoice if we do not have the product in stock, please note that this processing time may vary depending on the nature of the order and any specific requirements.
